The BMHA opened its Section 8 HCV Waitlist in August 2022, for the first time since 2017. Nearly 3,500 applicants made the list and were assigned positions on Section 8 Housing Voucher Waitlist in Anaheim, California (Deadline April 14th) There are waiting lists for all of their rental properties. All placements in BMHA are made from the waitlists. BMHA does not have an emergency housing program.
